pathways digital provides digital agency services including AI implementation, web development, HubSpot consulting, SaaS products, and related professional services for business clients in DACH, Spain, and internationally.
3. Website use
Content on this website is provided for information purposes. We reserve the right to modify content, products, and services at any time. Unauthorized automated scraping or misuse of site infrastructure is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, product names, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Use beyond normal browsing requires our prior written consent unless otherwise stated in a license agreement.
5. Contracts and proposals
Quotes, proposals, and statements of work are non-binding until confirmed in a signed agreement or written order confirmation. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined per project.
